Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure are possible every day according to availability.

For a stay of less than 7 nights, prices on request.

Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00

Check-out: by 10:00

Payment 

In order to confirm your reservation we request you to pay a deposit (about 20% of the total price), which must be paid by bank transfer within a week from the request. 
When we receive it, we will send you the confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
The balance can be paid on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations until a month before arrival, we don't give the deposit back.
The deposit is valid for a stay by us in another period until the end of the year.

For cancellations starting from a month before arrival:

• if we can rent the apartment again, you'll pay nothing more
• if we can't rent the apartment again, you'll have to pay the balance too.

For a fee:

• Tourist tax (€ 2.00 per person per day starting from 14 years)
• Final cleaning: € 50.00
• Fresh bread and croissants delivery every morning on your apartment doorstep
• Pets: € 35.00 per week per pet
• Towels: € 3.00 per person
• Bed linen change: € 5.00 per person
• Heating: € 8.00 - €15.00 per day
• Laundry Service: € 10.00 for washing, drying and ironing
• Bar Silvana is open from Juny to September (coffees, beers, drinks, snacks and ice-creams)
• Typical products: honey, local wines and biological olive oil
