The Sanctuary of Montecastello is the most important place to visit in Tignale.
It is situated on a spur of rock sheer above the lake. It has recently been restored, and is one of the most famous sacred places of the Garda area.
It houses frescoes of Giotto School.

Tignale has its own port called "Prato della Fame". This is the perfect place to spend a day relaxing on a beach. It is provided with a snack bar, sun bed and umbrellas. Near the port you can visit a beautiful lemon house, which date back to the 17th century. Recently restored, it houses lemons, oranges and mandarins.

Tignale has also a olive mill.
Here the olives are pressed to produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
You can visit the olive mill and taste the finished product.

Dating back to 500 AD. this church was the first chapel of a Longobard family, in 1900 a military a warehouse and then a theater. Today the Church can be visited during the summer when it becomes the location of "San Pietro in Arte", a cultural event that hosts a different artistic exhibition every week.
