- The prices are in Euro, per apartment per week.
- Arrival and departure on saturdays or on sundays. You can request availability for arrival and departure on different days.
- For a stay of less than 7 nights, prices on request.
- The lowest prices of the 3 room apartments refer to the 3 room apartment 2 with a double bedroom and a bunk room with bunk beds in the double bedroom, the highest prices refer to the 3 room apartme 1 with two separate double bedrooms.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm your reservation we request you to pay a deposit: 30% of the total price. When we receive it, we'll send you the confirmation of your booking. The balance must be paid in cash on arrival.
For cancellations until a month before arrival, we don't give the deposit back. The deposit is valid for a stay by us in another period until the end of the year.
For cancellations starting from a month before arrival:
- if we can rent the apartment, you'll pay nothing more
- if we can't rent the apartment, you'll have to pay the balance too.
We suggest you to provide yourself with a travel insurance.
